about

holle marie jewelry is a young jewelry design studio from Berlin. I founded it in 2013, shortly after graduating with a degree in design (FH) from Hochschule Wismar. Concept, development, and production are all in one hand; all pieces are made by me in my studio in Berlin-Wedding. I combine traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design; each unique piece reflects attention to detail, lightness in design, and a modern understanding of form.

The beauty of my work lies in its holistic nature. I oversee the entire work process from start to finish, from design to completion. Each individual step requires different skills. Conceptual, creative, and crafting abilities are combined to ultimately create a thoughtful, precise, unique, and lovingly crafted piece of jewelry.

My attention is equally dedicated to delicate small rings as it is to expressive, large pieces. I have a particular fondness for pencil sketches. Quick, loose drawings that emerge effortlessly. I try to translate this lightness into jewelry; it should be tangible on the skin. My collections are structured like a drawn image. There are pieces that evoke a rough sketch, but also jewelry that is elaborated down to the last detail.

I am interested in the entire spectrum of modern jewelry design. The creation of necklaces in silver or even non-traditional materials holds the same significance for me as the playful handling of earrings as small, wearable objects. But of course, working with gold and gemstones in solitaire rings is always an extraordinary task.

Custom orders play an important role in my profession. It brings me great joy to discuss my clients' wishes and needs with them and to work accordingly. Engagement rings and wedding rings, in particular, require individual and detailed consultation.
